Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Miles joined Community Housing Innovations in 2019 as the Director of Human Resources in the Long Island and Westchester offices. Her role includes directing the department/team responsibilities; Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) management, Learning Management System (LMS), employee relations, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, monthly manager training, career development and training, and career path planning.

Ms. Miles began her career working in human resources in 2003 at a nonprofit organization that provides services to developmentally and intellectually challenged individuals across New York State. She progressed tremendously over 16 years and obtained the role of Director of Human Resources for over 700 employees.

Ms. Miles earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from C.W. Post University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management from Briar Cliffe College. Ms. Miles is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Resources East End Circle.
