Senior Vice President for Operations and Administration

Mr. Nocera joined Community Housing Innovations in October 2019 as Director of Operations. In his current role as Senior Vice President for Operations and Administration, he oversees all administrative, facility, technology, and fleet functions. Mr. Nocera helps to ensure all staff are connected, coordinated, and compliant with infrastructure for all Community Housing Innovations’ properties and programs.

Prior to Community Housing Innovations, he held a similar role at Family Service League in Huntington, NY. Mr. Nocera also worked for five years in the NYC Homeless Shelter System as an Intake Specialist and CAT Supervisor. He has also spent eight years working with runaway and homeless youth in Nassau County as a Job Developer.

Mr. Nocera earned a Bachelor’s degree from Empire State College with a concentration in Family Violence. He is a Certified SCIP and NARCAN Trainer.
