Breakfast & Ribbon Cutting at the Waterwheel Condominiums

Westchester County Deputy County Executive Kevin Plunkett offers his hand to a young resident of CHI’s homeownership project in Ardsley who cut the ribbon.  The 22-unit affordable and moderate-income development called the Waterwheel Condominiums is sold out except for two two-bedroom condos at about $360,000.  The 17 affordable units sold in the low $200 thousands. CHI served as the nonprofit sponsor.  The developer is Architectura.  (Right of Plunkett is Conrad Roncati of Architectura, Ardsley Mayor Peter Porcino, County Legislator Mary Jane Shimsky, and CHI Executive Director Alexander Roberts.)
