JOB SUMMARY

As a Job Coach, you’ll be providing hands on training and development to shelter residents around the soft and hard skills of employment and job retention. You will work closely with Employment Specialists and Case Managers to tailor activities to match skill levels, service needs, and employment goals of residents, and perform other employment support tasks as needed such as scheduling interviews and following up with potential employers.

JOB-RELATED DUTIES – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Salary: $27.41 an hour- approx. $57,000 annual.

FSLA: Non-exempt. Overtime is available.

Schedule: 10am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday (off Sunday & Monday)

Location: Eastchester Bronx, NY
