Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Cobos is the Director of Human Resources at Community Housing Innovations (CHI). She is an enthusiastic, innovative professional with a passion of helping people. Prior to joining CHI, Ms. Cobos worked in the Health Care Industry for 25 years, where her career path began in Human Resources.  

She enjoys staffing engagement, professional development, empowerment, and quality assurance. Through her leadership, she creates a very positive, high-performance and team approach environment. Service excellence and quality is of upmost priority to her.  

In her current role, she oversees the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition and HR Generalists. Ms Cobos is also responsible for Leave Management, Employee Relations, Benefits administration, Performance and Goal Management.  She has a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in human resource management from Stony Brook University.
