Christopher Sanders

Director of Facilities

Christopher joined CHI in December of 2022 as the Maintenance Supervisor at one of our Bronx sites. He came to CHI with many professional skills including a Black Seal License to work on boilers. Christopher’s experience includes working for a management company where he was responsible for the supervision of 48 buildings and 693 units and has 10 years of maintenance and facility experience. Since joining CHI, Christopher has established the Bronx site’s maintenance department, obtained his F80 Certificate, and is in process of obtaining his OSHA 30 certification. He has been extremely effective in managing the building and the supervision of staff.
