Chief Financial Officer
David Daniello joined Community Housing Innovation (CHI) in January 2019, bringing over 28 years of experience in accounting and senior management. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including auditing, budgeting, operations, and financial and government reporting.
Before joining CHI, David served as Chief Financial Officer for various non-profit and for-profit organizations in the human services and healthcare sectors for two decades. During this time, he worked closely with local and state government funding entities, helping improve the financial position of these organizations and securing the success of multiple programs.
David holds a B.S. in Accounting from Quinnipiac University. He continues to enhance his professional and technical skills by attending educational workshops hosted by the Financial Executives International (FEI) chapters of Westchester and Connecticut.
In addition to his professional achievements, David is an active volunteer. He serves on the board of the Jawonio Foundation, which provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges, and chronic medical conditions in Rockland and Westchester Counties. He is also involved in several community service initiatives, including the Alzheimer’s Association Longest Day Fund, church fundraising efforts, and assisting with Midnight Run, while supporting local charities across Westchester County.
