Director of Training & Talent Management

Mr. James has advocated for the progression of careers through learning and development and career development initiatives. His previous HR experiences come from National Grid as a Talent Management and Development Specialist and AHRC Nassau as HR Generalist managing Training and Talent Acquisition as well as independent consulting. Mr. James is also a seasoned IT professional having worked with fortune 500 companies for many years before shifting to the areas of Training and Talent Management.  

 Mr. James is a PhD Candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and a M.S. in Psychology. He is dedicated to contributing to the professional growth of CHI.
