Director of Safety and Security

Ms. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in shelters as well as working for Callahan Inspection Services. Ms. Thomas has worked with the NYS Department of Homeless Services and the NYS Office of Mental Health for over 15 years. In her prior role as a Senior Operations Coordinator, she managed various staff including, shelter staff, security, and maintenance.  Ms. Thomas has a construction background and was a maintenance supervisor for over 7 years.
