Rev. Dr. Rushayne Stewart is a dedicated Pastor and advocate with over a decade of experience in Christian Ministry, Corrections, Security, and the Nonprofit Sector (Residential and Shelter), focusing on uplifting marginalized communities. He played a pivotal role in establishing a supportive housing program with Volunteers of America-GNY empowering individuals to rebuild their lives. Dr. Rushayne also created a preventative services program for Veterans, Non-veterans, the LGBTQ community, the HIV community in collaboration with the Human Resource Administration, NYC Veterans, other community organizations addressing their unique challenges. 

 With a PhD in Christian Psychology and Counseling, a PhD in Christian Education and a Master’s in Christian Education, Dr. Stewart combines his knowledge of human behavior with a deep commitment to addressing social challenges. His primary focus is on homelessness, behavioral health, mental health, where he assists in developing sustainable solutions and empowers individuals to overcome adversity. 

 Dr. Stewart’s exceptional contributions and unwavering dedication make him an influential figure in the nonprofit field. His innovative thinking and compassionate approach drive meaningful transformations in the lives of those he serves.
