Ms. Lupoli joined Community Housing Innovations in 2020. As the Assistant Director of Human Resources for CHI, she oversees, manages, and collaborates in functions such as Employee Benefits, Recruitment, Onboarding, Retention, Employee Relation, and HR Compliance to name a few.

Ms. Lupoli holds a MS in Human Resources Management, BS in Psychology and is a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), with over 15 years in the HR profession.
