Richard has been advocating for New York City’s most marginalized residents through four Presidents, four governors, four mayors and countless providers that make up our city’s tapestry of service. Richard possess a dual bachelor’s degree in communications and philosophy from Fordham University and a master’s degree in social work from NYU. Richard has spent much of his career assisting those who would be identified as most difficult to serve with a special affection for the severely mentally ill, active user and street homeless populations. Richard prides himself on leading and guiding the next wave of social workers. Richard joined CHI in 2023. He is eager to bring his expertise and leadership to a new team and population in need of stability.
