
Journal News: Exodus of young adults worst in Westchester County’s wealthiest towns
In Rye, 63 percent of young adults aged 25 to 34 have left town.
Pound Ridge has seen a 58 percent drop in the same age group from 2000 to 2011.
Those figures are according to a report released this week by Community Housing Innovations, a nonprofit that runs shelters and transitional housing and provides services to low income residents of Westchester and other counties.
