Ms. Sadloski joined Community Housing Innovations in May 2019. She oversees all of Community Housing Innovations’ programming across Nassau, Suffolk, Orange, Dutchess and Westchester Counties as the Chief Program Officer. The programs include Emergency Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Foreclosure and Eviction Prevention and First Time Homebuyer Assistance. Ms. Sadloski started her social work career in Newark, NJ working with the incarcerated population. She then spent 16 years working in the NYC market serving homeless individuals and families as well as individuals coming out of incarceration. She is the recipient of the 2016 NYN Media Cause Award, in Homelessness/Housing. Prior to joining Community Housing Innovations in 2019, Ms. Sadloski served as the Executive Director of Programs at the Doe Fund and the Vice President of Supportive Housing at Win. Ms. Sadloski received her bachelor's degree in psychology and her Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in international and community development from Monmouth University.
