Community Housing Innovations First Time Homebuyer Orientation is an introductory session on Home Ownership. The 90 minute presentation will cover Fair Housing Laws, CHI’s Grant Program and Application Process. A Mortgage Banker will explain the components of a mortgage and the mortgage pre-approval process. A Realtor will provide information and tips on how to be successful in your home search. Orientation attendance prior to submitting a Grant Application is required.
