JOB SUMMARY

The Residential Aide Coordinates and ensures the overall safety and security of the facility. Coordinates and verifies client movement in the facility in conjunction with other operation staff, while also monitoring the client conduct and overall behavior during tour of duty.

Pay: $20.68 an hour- approx. $43,000 annually.

FLSA: Non-exempt. Eligible for overtime.

Schedule: 4pm-12am Friday- Tuesday- (Wednesday and Thursday off).

Schedule:8am-4pm Friday -Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday off).

Schedule 4pm-12am Thursday – Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off).

Schedule 4pm-12am Saturday – Wednesday (Thursday & Friday off).

Location: Gowanus/Park Slope Brooklyn, NY

 

 

JOB-RELATED DUTIES – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

           These duties are essential and specific to the successful implementation of this position.

The Resident Support Specialist ensures the safety and security of all clients, visitors, staff, and property.  This is accomplished by performing the following functions:
