JOB SUMMARY

The Case Manager provides supportive case management services to tenants of a permanent affordable supportive housing program under CHI’s master lease consisting of 81 subsidized apartments within a 116-unit multi-dwelling complex.  The Case Manager works with tenants to build and enhance independent living skills, including timely rent payments and healthy housekeeping, to promote housing stability.

Pay: $24.04 an hour- approx. $50,004 an hour.

FLSA: Non-exempt. Eligible for overtime.

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 10am-6pm Saturday 9am-5pm (Sunday & Monday off).

Location: Eastchester neighborhood Bronx, NY.
