La orientación para compradores de vivienda por primera vez de Community Housing Innovations es una sesión introductoria sobre propiedad de vivienda. The 60 minute presentation will cover Fair Housing Laws, CHI's Grant Program and Application Process. A Mortgage Banker will explain the components of a mortgage and the mortgage pre-approval process. Orientation attendance prior to submitting a Grant Application is required.
