A Mortgage Banker will explain the components of a mortgage and the mortgage pre-approval process. A Realtor will provide information and tips on how to be successful in your home search. Orientation attendance prior to submitting a Grant Application is required.

Community Housing Innovations, in collaboration with Citizens Bank, invites you to an in-person First-Time Homebuyer Orientation. This 90-minute introductory session on homeownership will cover essential topics including Fair Housing Laws, CHI’s Grant Program, and the application process. A Mortgage Banker from Citizens Bank will break down the components of a mortgage and guide you through the pre-approval process. Additionally, a licensed Realtor will share valuable insights and tips to help you navigate your home search successfully. The seminar will be held in person at 859 Walt Whitman Rd, Melville, NY 11747. Attendance at this orientation is required before submitting a Grant Application.
