Tiffany Kilpatrick

Mrs. Kilpatrick joined Community Housing Innovations in September 2019 after spending 14 years in the banking industry in various leadership roles. As the Vice President of Homeownership, she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for CHI’s full portfolio of Homeownership and Housing Retention services. In this role, Ms. Kilpatrick oversees the First-Time Homebuyer Grant Program, the Smart Move Down Payment Assistance Loan Program, the Rental Safe Housing Incentive (RSHI), the Briarcliff Manor Moderate-Income Housing Program and CHI’s Financial Literacy initiatives. She also leads CHI’s Foreclosure Prevention and Eviction Prevention Programs. Recently, CHI’s Homeownership Grant Program and Foreclosure Prevention services expanded into Dutchess County to meet increasing community needs.

Ms. Kilpatrick is dedicated to strengthening pathways to affordable homeownership, promoting long-term housing stability and advancing mission-driven initiatives that support access, equity, and financial resilience for households across the region.
