Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing housing and human services to low-income and working individuals and families in Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley and NYC. While you won’t see CHI on any stock exchange, we are publically held. Supported by federal, state and local governments, and by private individual, corporate and foundation donors, CHI is committed to promoting its mission efficiently and effectively.
