Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to providing affordable housing and essential human services to low-income and working individuals and families across Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, and New York City.
As a nonprofit, CHI is not listed on any stock exchange or the S&P 500. Our work is primarily supported through federal, state, and local government grants. We are committed to creating communities where people can thrive, secure in the knowledge that they have a stable, affordable home and the support they need to succeed.
