Ms. Thaler is an accomplished executive administrator and communications professional with a strong foundation in business analytics and a reputation for driving operational excellence at the executive level. As of March 2025, Ms. Thaler serves as the Executive Administrator and Communications Manager at Community Housing Innovations (CHI), where she acts as a strategic partner to the CEO, manages CHI’s public-facing platforms—including social media and websites, and leads the administrative support function across the executive office.

Prior to joining CHI, Ms. Thaler held leadership-level administrative roles in the Mortgage Industry, where she supported executive teams across departments including sales, marketing, compliance, operations, HR, and finance. She brings extensive experience in executive correspondence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.

Ms. Thaler earned her BBA in Business Analytics from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, graduating summa cum laude. She is certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel and is highly proficient in a range of technical tools.
