Vice President of Strategic Development & Performance Management

Mrs. Quiñones-Reyes is the Vice President of Strategic Development and Performance Management. She provides strategic planning advisement and support to our C-Suite and executive leadership.

Mrs. Quiñones-Reyes worked at Morris Heights Health Center, a Community Health Center in the Bronx, for several decades. She has extensive experience in project management, program development, grant writing, operations, organizational support, regulatory compliance, human resources, health care management, marketing, and community affairs.

Mrs. Quiñones-Reyes holds a Master of Public Health from New York Medical College. She stays active in her community through various volunteer positions.
