Director of Property Management

Ms. Fernandez oversees the Permanent Housing portfolio and CHI maintenance staff.

She has over 15 years of combined experience in both leasing and property management. Ms. Fernandez works extensively with Section 8, rent-stabilized, HUD, and low-income housing units.   She is a NY Real Estate Agent and is in the process of becoming an NYS Real Estate Broker.
