Vice President of Finance

Diane joined Community Housing Innovations in June 2023 as Controller. Diane serves as a key role in the agency’s fiscal matters and assists CFO in managing all aspects of the financial operations. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit and governmental fiscal arena. She carries extensive knowledge in management, compliance, reporting, workflow redesign and optimizing policies & procedures. Diane has a proven track record to assist nonprofits to maintain sustainability and to thrive while providing needed affordable, housing services.

Diane earned her BS in Accounting from Marymount College and holds a MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
