Director of Property Management

Ms Rodriguez has over 35 years of extensive knowledge and experience in leasing and legal in property management with 25 of those years in New York City as a Director overseeing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credit(LIHTC) which created affordable housing accompanied with intensive supportive services such as case management.  With a relocation to Long Island and with ongoing dedication and passion for helping people, Ms. Rodriguez continues to work in supportive housing with programs such as Homeless Housing and Assistance Program(HHAP), Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids(HOPWA), City Fighting Homelessness and Eviction Prevention Supplement (CityFHEPS) and New York States Housing Urban Development (HUD) Programs.

In 2020, Ms. Rodriguez joined CHI’s property management department. With her years of experience, she managed the permanent housing portfolio along with supportive housing.  She works closely with Section 8 programs such as Community Development Corporation for Long Island(CDCLI), CVR, a housing voucher program, and Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV). to ensure affordable housing for our tenants.

Utilizing her background and skills, Ms. Rodriguez works closely with her team together towards common goals assuring quality outcomes with a positive impact.
