David Daniello joined Community Housing Innovation in January 2019. With over 25 years of accounting and senior management experience, David brings a wealth of expertise with strengths in areas such as audit, budget, operations, financial and government reporting. Prior to joining CHI, David served as a Chief Financial Officer over the last 18 years for multiple non-profit and for-profit organizations related to human services and the healthcare industry. David was instrumental in working with local and state government funding entities that enhanced the financial position of such organizations and secured the future success in multiple programs.
David Daniello holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University. He maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops held by Financial Executives International for Westchester and Connecticut Chapter.
David serves as a volunteer board member for Jawonio Foundation that provides services in Rockland and Westchester County for individuals with development disabilities, behavioral health challenges and chronic medical conditions. He also is actively involved in several community service organizations by participating in the Alzheimer’s Association longest day fund, church fundraising events, assisting with efforts related to Midnight Run and supports local charities all throughout Westchester County. David is married, with two children and is a long time Westchester County resident.
