David Daniello joined Community Housing Innovations, Inc. in January 2019. With over 20 years of accounting and senior management experience, David brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in areas such as audit, budget, financial and government reporting. Prior to joining CHI, David served as a Chief Financial Officer over the last 15 years, and was responsible for all financial operations related to organizations in human services and the healthcare industry. David was instrumental in working with local and state government funding entities that enhanced the financial position of such organizations and secured the future success in multiple programs.
David Daniello holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University. He maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops held by Financial Executives International for Westchester and Connecticut Chapter.
David is actively involved in several community service organizations. He helped organize and run Alzheimer’s longest day fund raising events, and participates in church fundraising events, assisting with efforts related to Midnight Run and supports local charities all throughout Westchester County. David is married to Christa Daniello, Senior Vice President of Sales for The Osborn in Rye, NY and has two children Skyler Daniello, who attends SUNY Oneonta and Dakota Daniello, who attends The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry.
